As a Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-tier service to our members. This position involves managing incoming calls and addressing member inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will assist in translating written materials and providing spoken interpretation during meetings or proceedings when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls, managing a daily volume of 40 or more inquiries.
- Assist with translation of written documents and provide interpretation services as required.
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to performance expectations.
- Proficiency in a second language such as Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Korean is highly encouraged.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated computer and technical proficiency.
- Adaptability and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- A minimum of one year of direct customer service experience in sectors such as call centers, hospitality, retail, or technical support.
- A stable work history that reflects limited employment gaps, showcasing long tenures with previous employers.
- Relevant experience may also include roles in reception, data collection, billing, or insurance claims.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant coursework is preferred.
- Competitive hourly pay rates of \(24.81 for English-only speakers and \)26.42 for multilingual speakers.

- Paid holidays plus additional time off between December 24th and January 1st (excluding weekends).

- A five-week paid training program is mandatory for this position, with a start date of March 14, 2025.
