As a vital member of our team, you will contribute significantly to the success of small businesses within the skilled trades sector. Your expertise will empower clients to achieve precise financial reporting, driving their growth and profitability. We offer a competitive base salary along with performance-based bonuses, with total compensation exceeding $95,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional coaching grounded in our core values to help clients enhance profitability and growth.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to assist in performance evaluations across diverse business segments.
• Train clients’ accounting teams on essential daily operations, potentially offering hands-on support with data entry or corrections.
• Propose process enhancements and additional training to optimize internal efficiencies.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Craft clear and effective business processes and procedures, aiding clients in their successful implementation.
• Participate in client events as necessary.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in various accounting software, notably QuickBooks, along with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of financial accounting experience or equivalent educational background.
• At least 2 years in customer service or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years engaging with accounting software, demonstrating a strong grasp of its functionalities.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary range: \(62,400 - \)85,000, based on experience.
