Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a system that inspires clients to visualize a long-term partnership with our agency (24 months).
- Collaborate with the COO and VP of Operations to realize your vision across our team of over 100 delivery specialists.
- Partner with the Learning & Development department to ensure your strategic vision is included in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Take charge of retention, growth, and expansion metrics pertaining to our client portfolio.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in client services, ideally within independently owned firms whose revenues exceed $20 million, or as a significant contributor in a private equity-backed agency.
- Proficiency in selling and a deep understanding of performance marketing for SaaS, covering areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Creative Services, Marketing Operations, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Strategy.
- A strong commitment to accountability and achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Aptitude for nurturing personal relationships with Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and other key decision-makers.
- Extensive experience leading client services teams.
- Proven expertise in performance marketing and managing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
