Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct regular service assessments to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to clients regarding inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates within our CRM system.
- Oversee the internal sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.
- Organize and prepare necessary documentation for client submissions.
- Communicate clearly with both clients and providers to effectively meet their requirements.
- Compile comprehensive proposal comparisons for potential clients.
- Monitor deal progress and provide timely status updates to the internal teams.
- Seek and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within our current client base.
- Gather client testimonials, referrals, and reviews to enhance service offerings.
- Engage with targeted prospects through email and phone campaigns.
- Follow up with previous campaign leads to explore potential opportunities.
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments and ultimately new clients.
