Key Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized technical support: Address clinicians’ EHR-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical challenges, and maintain seamless system functionality.
- Lead training initiatives: Organize and conduct educational sessions for staff on EHR features and best practice utilization.
- Engage in system upgrades and implementations: Participate in testing, validation, and activation of new EHR modules and updates.
- Promote continuous improvement: Analyze system data, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and propose improvements to optimize performance.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary framework: Work alongside clinicians, IT personnel, and various stakeholders to guarantee effective EHR implementation and usage.
- Current or prior licensure/certification as a healthcare professional (e.g., RHIT, RHIA, EHR Certification).
- Proven experience of at least four years working with an EHR system within a healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- A minimum of four years of experience in EHR systems within healthcare settings is required.
- Relevant licensure/certification as a healthcare professional (e.g., RHIT, RHIA, EHR Certification).
