Job Overview

This remote position is crucial in leading a team of clinicians and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care while championing the well-being of children and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians, offering guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical services, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Cultivate and sustain productive relationships with community stakeholders, including law enforcement, social services, and healthcare providers.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of child survivors of abuse, serving as their voice within the community.
• Provide clinical oversight, including case consultations, crisis interventions, and direct client services as needed.

• Strong foundation in clinical practices and effective leadership abilities.
• In-depth understanding of trauma-informed care and child development.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related discipline.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the applicable state.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in child welfare, mental health, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory expertise.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and child abuse issues.
