Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Formulate and execute therapeutic interventions and treatment plans tailored to student needs.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify and address the unique requirements of students.
• Collaborate closely with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation to uphold our high standards of care.
• Engage in school activities and events to foster community connections.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a mental health professional in the state of Arizona.
• Preferably possess experience working with children and families in an educational setting.

• Strong organizational abilities and adept time-management skills.
