Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily leasing activities and ensure compliance with community requirements.
- Regularly inspect the community and maintain the condition of vacant units to reduce rental arrears.
- Oversee financial reporting, procurement of supplies, and community communication.
- Promptly address resident concerns and ensure their needs are met.
- Prepare and manage annual budgets while maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supervise maintenance operations and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
- Ensure adherence to community policies and lease agreements.
- Oversee community personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and assess market dynamics to enhance occupancy and revenue.
- Perform additional duties as required to support community operations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to effectively market communities.
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Entrata).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Bilingual abilities and relevant certifications (e.g., CAM, ARM, CCRM) are advantageous.
- High school diploma or GED; an Associate's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in multi-family community management or a related area.
