Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop loss prevention surveys.
- Gather and analyze data to identify risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate losses.
- Prepare detailed reports that outline potential loss areas and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and evaluate environmental and occupational disease exposures.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for organizations.
- Create educational resources and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Provide essential risk assessment data to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with team members, policyholders, and agents to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in safety, risk management, or a related discipline, or two years of pertinent experience in lieu of a degree.
- Experience in a safety-related field (manufacturing or construction) or relevant internship is preferred.
- ASP designation or other applicable certifications are advantageous.
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations (workers’ compensation, safety, OSHA).
- Proficiency in utilizing testing equipment (e.g., sound dosimeters, force meters).
- Exceptional presentation and training capabilities.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Willingness to accommodate customer needs, which may include occasional overnight travel.
- Bachelor's degree in safety, risk management, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: One year of experience in a safety-related field (manufacturing or construction) or a qualifying internship.

- Competitive salary range: \(66,396 - \)92,955 annually (Experienced Safety Professionals may be considered for a Senior Consultant role with a salary range of \(80,000 - \)112,000).
