- Participate in webinars with vendors and suppliers to enhance expertise in specific destinations.
- Strategically plan trips in alignment with client budget limitations.
- Create promotional materials for marketing initiatives.
- Remain informed on travel restrictions and advisories.
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, car rentals, accommodations, cruises, and event tickets.
- Communicate effectively with clients pre- and post-travel to ensure satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any challenges that may arise during the booking or travel process.
- Build networks with tour operators to provide clients with superior travel packages.

- Excellent communication skills with a capacity to engage clients effectively (sales experience is advantageous).
