Key Responsibilities
- Operate in a vibrant call center setting, managing an extensive volume of calls daily (approximately 90 ).
- Handle both inbound and outbound communications, concentrating on policyholders at risk of canceling their policies.
- Communicate effectively the intrinsic value of life insurance and guide customers in appreciating its benefits.
- Process cancellation requests while ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and met in every interaction.
- Uphold departmental benchmarks for call volume, handling time, and overall time management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
- Strong customer service aptitude: approachable, efficient, and attentive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Fundamental computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- At least 1 year of experience within a high-volume contact center or an equivalent role involving daily phone engagement (this is a strict requirement).
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in retention, sales, or collections.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Access to a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps for both download and upload (must be wired).
- A smartphone is necessary for VPN access.
- Applicants licensed in life and/or health insurance intending to work for another agency will not be considered due to potential conflicts of interest.
- For safety considerations, you must possess or be willing to obtain a fire extinguisher for your home workspace.
- A quiet and professional environment is essential.

Compensation And Benefits
- Starting salary of $16.35 per hour.
- An additional $1 per hour for bilingual candidates (must pass a bilingual assessment).
- Biweekly pay schedule.
- Potential for performance-based bonuses, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $6 per hour based on policy conservation.
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 30 days and can join a pension plan after 5 years of service.
- All essential equipment will be provided, inclusive of dual monitors, headset, keyboard, mouse, and camera for virtual meetings, shipped via FedEx.
