Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers within a designated territory/industry.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients for reorder requests and follow-ups.
- Address inbound customer inquiries, process orders, and provide updates on order status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and buying cycles.
- Present product information and support customers in resolving any issues efficiently.
