- Serve as the primary liaison for our restaurant partners, fostering and nurturing robust, enduring relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Champion our platform by promoting feature adoption and ensuring high customer retention rates.
- Oversee the comprehensive coordination of product launches from initial conception to successful deployment.
- Offer technical troubleshooting assistance and act as the subject matter expert for clients regarding our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to support customer and end-user needs.
- Collect and analyze feedback to enhance product usability and performance.
