Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships within a portfolio of customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and priorities.
  • Engage with customers to identify their key priorities and metrics, delivering tailored strategies to maximize value and reach retention targets.
  • Conduct annual executive business reviews to evaluate customer satisfaction, prioritize ongoing requests, and share proactive updates on delivered value.
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, serving as a primary contact for customer escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across various departments to meet customer needs and drive account growth.
  • Monitor and report on account health metrics, tracking progress towards strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in customer success or account management roles, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools is required; experience with quality management systems or medical device technologies is advantageous.

Compensation And Benefits

On Target Earnings for this position can reach up to $105,000, with compensation determined by experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on applicable plans.
