Compensation And Benefits
On Target Earnings for this position can reach up to $105,000, with compensation determined by experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition, you will have the opportunity to earn commissions based on applicable plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and cultivate relationships within a portfolio of customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives and priorities.
- Engage with customers to identify their key priorities and metrics, delivering tailored strategies to maximize value and reach retention targets.
- Conduct annual executive business reviews to evaluate customer satisfaction, prioritize ongoing requests, and share proactive updates on delivered value.
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and implement strategies to mitigate challenges, serving as a primary contact for customer escalations.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across various departments to meet customer needs and drive account growth.
- Monitor and report on account health metrics, tracking progress towards strategic objectives.
- Exceptional communication capabilities, including proficiency in crafting and delivering compelling presentations, reports, and verbal updates tailored to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- A steadfast commitment to customer service, data security, and maintaining high business quality standards.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes effectively.
- Experience in negotiating and finalizing complex deals at the executive level.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in customer success or account management roles, preferably within the technology sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools is required; experience with quality management systems or medical device technologies is advantageous.
