Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with delivery drivers to provide clear instructions and expectations for successful deliveries.
- Address any customer issues with empathy and urgency, ensuring a positive overall experience.
- Drive workflows that exceed our high service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze operational trends and present actionable insights for process improvement.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, systems, and tools to efficiently resolve issues.

- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and confidently address undefined challenges.
- Fluency in English with a typing speed of 40 WPM or above, as well as above-average technical literacy.
- Superior written communication skills, with a focus on grammar and spelling, capable of adapting to our brand voice.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within technology, hospitality, grocery, or convenience sectors.
- Conversational Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
