Job Overview

We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative II to join our team during the launch of our premium grocery delivery service. This role is ideally suited for individuals who are fluent in Spanish and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be an integral component of our Live Operations, tasked with ensuring that deliveries occur seamlessly while striving for a 0% error rate. Your proactive interactions with delivery drivers and your capacity to resolve issues with empathy will be critical to our success. Furthermore, you will identify trends that can lead to enhanced processes and improved service quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with delivery drivers to provide clear instructions and expectations for successful deliveries.
  • Address any customer issues with empathy and urgency, ensuring a positive overall experience.
  • Drive workflows that exceed our high service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze operational trends and present actionable insights for process improvement.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products, systems, and tools to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently and confidently address undefined challenges.
  • Fluency in English with a typing speed of 40 WPM or above, as well as above-average technical literacy.
  • Superior written communication skills, with a focus on grammar and spelling, capable of adapting to our brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within technology, hospitality, grocery, or convenience sectors.
  • Conversational Spanish proficiency is advantageous.

This remote position features a rotating schedule with start times at either 8 AM or 9 AM ET, with weekly hours ranging from 40 to 60. A laptop will be provided for your work.
