Croasdaile Village Retirement Community

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Sundays and holidays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  
  

Compensation

• Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of 20 to 25 associates, ensuring a memorable and efficient dining experience.
• Address and resolve any concerns related to dining services.
• Lead training initiatives and supervise dining staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.
• Maintain keen attention to detail while effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Oversee food service operations to guarantee high-quality offerings.
• Conduct inventory management to reduce waste and uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and maintain a clean and organized dining environment.
• Keep marketing materials updated and relevant.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures to align with expectations.
• Execute additional duties as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service and hospitality is essential.
• Capability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
