In this critical role, you will be instrumental in providing impactful financial education to our clients’ employees, enabling them to make informed decisions about their retirement planning. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging educational initiatives for employees of our 401(k) clients through diverse platforms including in-person seminars, online webinars, and recorded presentations.
- Implement effective communication strategies by conducting group meetings and one-on-one consultations, both virtually and in person.
- Provide expert insight into retirement plans and assist clients and their employees with their financial education needs.
- Manage travel and meeting schedules, with travel commitments potentially reaching up to 80%.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with site contacts, plan sponsors, and advisors within your designated client portfolio.
- Research and tailor educational content to align with each client’s specific retirement plan, company culture, and employee demographics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business objectives are integrated into training experiences.
- Design and present informative sessions on complex topics related to retirement plans.
- Follow up with clients to address inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues, leveraging available tools to measure the effectiveness of learning offerings.
- Collect and utilize client feedback to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficient in nurturing and maintaining professional relationships.
- In-depth understanding of various retirement plan options.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of pertinent professional experience.
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 and CRPC certifications (to be obtained within 6 months).
- Willingness to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
