Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute a range of fundraising, cultivation, and community engagement events, ensuring seamless logistics, budget adherence, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, decorations, audiovisual requirements, staff involvement, and overall event setup.
- Develop detailed event timelines, effectively manage budgets, and monitor event expenditures to ensure optimal planning.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, preparing insightful reports on outcomes and participant feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate donor stewardship strategies into event planning, ensuring appropriate donor recognition.
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies for event promotion, including social media initiatives, email marketing campaigns, website enhancements, and printed materials.
- Generate compelling content for social media, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials that highlight our impactful programs, ultimately increasing event participation and elevating brand visibility.
