Position Overview

This remote field sales role is a vital opportunity for candidates residing in the Atlanta, GA area. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire new clients through cold calling and digital prospecting to achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects in your designated territory, arranging face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to present our suite of products and services.
  • Uphold a positive demeanor to create favorable first impressions and foster strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Meet established weekly and monthly sales goals, encompassing cold calls, appointments, presentations, and closures.
  • Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to ensure alignment with individual and organizational objectives.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and follow-ups in our CRM system (Salesforce).

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales, preferably with experience in cold calling and acquiring businesses needing financial and marketing services.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative workspace.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, characterized by a “hunter” mentality in a virtual sales environment.
  • Strong financial literacy, with the capability to confidently discuss fees and financial topics.
  • Exceptional verbal, listening, and written communication skills, with the confidence to conduct presentations that showcase our unique market advantages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in outside sales, with an emphasis on cold calling.
  • A structured methodology to business acquisition, targeting 25-30 door pulls daily, complemented by effective territory planning and pipeline management.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
