We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Field Property Claim Representative to become a key member of our expanding team. In this critical role, you will assist our clients in navigating the complexities of unexpected property losses, ensuring their recovery is as seamless as possible. You will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving property claims, delivering fair and timely compensation while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage a varied caseload of property claims, conducting comprehensive assessments and determining just settlements.
• Foster strong relationships with policyholders and agents, offering compassionate support and expert guidance throughout the claims process.
• Employ cutting-edge software such as Xactimate and Guidewire ClaimCenter to streamline claims processing and ensure accurate estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, legal standards, and technological advancements to enhance professional expertise.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive and encouraging work environment.

Qualifications
