Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a creative and driven Flavor Marketing Specialist to join our exceptional marketing team. This pivotal role supports our Coffee & Specialty Beverage Division while also enhancing our overall Flavor Division. Your innovative approach and analytical mindset will be essential in spearheading new business initiatives through in-depth market research, trend analysis, and concept innovation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to turning visionary ideas into reality and staying in tune with product launches and consumer preferences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Division Directors and Commercial Teams to devise customized growth strategies for the Coffee & Specialty Beverages sector, while remaining adaptable to support other categories as necessary.
• Execute comprehensive market analyses utilizing resources such as Mintel, Datassential, and Global Data to extract insights that guide our commercial and marketing approaches.
• Develop compelling copy for customer presentations and internal communications, harnessing your strong writing abilities to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Create engaging and visually appealing presentations for customers using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Continuously monitor the market landscape to identify emerging trends, gaps, and flavor preferences, coordinating with the technical team for product tastings to influence new flavor creation.
• Actively participate in development tastings with the technical team, offering thoughtful and constructive feedback on customer projects.
• Organize and assist in planning trade shows and events, ensuring our brand is represented successfully.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with financial tracking and budgeting, providing regular updates throughout the year.
• Create and curate relevant content for our social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Travel alongside Sales Associates as required to present marketing materials to key clients.
