- Conduct food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding vegetables and fruits.
- Accurately weigh and measure ingredients.
- Safely transport food items to and from workstations, stoves, and refrigerators.
- Properly store food while adhering to safety and rotation protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Distribute supplies and utensils as needed.
- Follow approved recipes and production standards to guarantee quality and portion control.
- Serve customers with a friendly demeanor, addressing concerns and communicating information to supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, inventory, and cash control processes.
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
