Job Title: Graduate Customer Success Manager - Remote

Overview

We invite you to join our vibrant Customer Success team, where we emphasize the importance of nurturing robust relationships with our customers and ensuring they receive unparalleled experiences with our comprehensive suite of products and services. As a Graduate Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be instrumental in guiding customers through our offerings, mitigating risks, and bolstering their overall contentment. Your keen insight into customer objectives will empower you to mobilize various internal and external resources to tackle challenges, synchronize expectations, and develop a collaborative blueprint for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional support to customers by promptly addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our documentation by creating problem-solving resources, Q&A sections, and onboarding materials.
  • Initiate targeted campaigns to engage a diverse customer base through multiple digital channels.
  • Identify both high-potential and high-risk customers among newly onboarded users.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new customers, familiarizing them with our products and support processes, including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, OpenStack, Ceph, Kubernetes, and more.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to develop engagement strategies aligned with customer objectives.
  • Proactively manage your customer portfolio to detect and mitigate potential risks.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay it to the product team for further analysis.

  • A strong enthusiasm for technology, particularly in areas related to infrastructure and Ubuntu.
  • Excellent presentation and communication capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a talent for structuring and refining documentation.
  • A collaborative team member who can effectively engage with various departments.

Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in customer-facing roles preferred, though entry-level experience is welcome.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and engaging with customers effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
