Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to all guests.
- Facilitate ticket sales and communicate tour options.
- Welcome guests, conduct orientations, and oversee line management.
- Assist with tour preparation, which includes verifying excursion requirements and ensuring waivers are completed.
- Escort guests to their respective tour vehicles or gondolas, ensuring timely departures.
- Manage secure bag check areas.
- Collaborate effectively with tour guides, drivers, gondola operators, and management.
- Ensure the safe and orderly flow of passengers on and off aerial gondolas and tour vehicles.
- Support other programs and tasks as required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- A commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn about local culture and provide cultural insights to guests.
- Capability to learn, retain, and accurately convey excursion information.
- Must possess a safety-sensitive mindset.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Comfort in traveling by small plane or ferry to remote locations.
- Knowledge of local marine life, plants, animals, and birds is advantageous.
- Ability to navigate and work on gravel paths under varying weather conditions.
