- Securely manage guest room keys and diligently report any lost and found items to the supervisor.
- Employ appropriate cleaning agents for various surfaces while adhering to safety protocols.
- Safely transport cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to designated rooms.
- Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied, maintaining a tidy living space.
- Replace soiled towels and linens with fresh alternatives as directed.
- Sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including all fixtures and surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Keep closets organized and check for any missing amenities, ensuring everything is in order.
- Dust and polish furniture, light fixtures, and other room elements.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the room for lost items and eliminate debris from under furniture.
- Report any damages or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately.
- Verify the presence and condition of essential information and signage in the room.
- Vacuum and clean all flooring, occasionally assisting in different areas of the property as needed.
- Restock supply carts and ensure all materials are organized and readily available.
- Attend to guest complaints courteously, guaranteeing their needs are met promptly.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, including adherence to fire and emergency procedures.
- Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including setting up cribs and rollaway beds.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Capability to follow instructions and safety guidelines effectively.
- Physical endurance to perform necessary cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar capacity; brand-specific experience is preferred.
