Key Responsibilities

• Address maintenance concerns and guest inquiries with a professional demeanor and prompt attention.
• Securely manage guest room keys and diligently report any lost and found items to the supervisor.
• Employ appropriate cleaning agents for various surfaces while adhering to safety protocols.
• Safely transport cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to designated rooms.
• Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied, maintaining a tidy living space.
• Replace soiled towels and linens with fresh alternatives as directed.
• Sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including all fixtures and surfaces.
• Make beds and change linens to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Keep closets organized and check for any missing amenities, ensuring everything is in order.
• Dust and polish furniture, light fixtures, and other room elements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the room for lost items and eliminate debris from under furniture.
• Report any damages or maintenance requirements to the supervisor immediately.
• Verify the presence and condition of essential information and signage in the room.
• Vacuum and clean all flooring, occasionally assisting in different areas of the property as needed.
• Restock supply carts and ensure all materials are organized and readily available.
• Attend to guest complaints courteously, guaranteeing their needs are met promptly.
• Follow all safety and security protocols, including adherence to fire and emergency procedures.
• Carry out additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor, including setting up cribs and rollaway beds.
