Key Responsibilities
- Manage 35-45 inbound calls daily, with an average duration of 11-14 minutes per call.
- Address insurance servicing questions efficiently and accurately.
- Focus primarily on inquiries related to homeowners insurance, particularly concerning payment and coverage.
- Utilize problem-solving skills while maintaining professionalism in all communications.
- Document interactions while navigating multiple systems concurrently.
- Consistently meet internal and external standards for response quality and efficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing a Windows PC and learning software applications.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Reliable internet connection and transportation access.
Must-Have:
- At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (preferably in a call center environment).
- Candidates with relevant front desk or administrative experience will be considered; however, retail or food service experience is not applicable.
- 2 years of call center experience.
- Previous exposure to the insurance or mortgage industries.
