- Offering guidance and support to families throughout the matching process
- Clarifying program regulations and policies to both Host Families and Au Pairs
- Conducting in-home interviews and site visits to ensure compliance with program standards
- Facilitating welcoming orientations for new Au Pairs upon their arrival
- Maintaining ongoing communication with families and Au Pairs, both in person and via phone
- Organizing cultural activities in the area for Au Pairs
- Collaborating with headquarters staff to address the needs of families and Au Pairs
- Building meaningful relationships while ensuring effective communication
- Implementing marketing initiatives in partnership with headquarters
- Managing conflict resolutions with professionalism and care
- Assisting families and Au Pairs in navigating challenges and issues
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented approach
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Access to a reliable home computer/laptop and internet connection
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- A genuine interest in international exchange and educational processes
- Previous experience in counseling and conflict resolution is preferred
- An interest in marketing and community outreach is advantageous
- Access to a tablet for in-home visits and orientations is beneficial

- For 5 active families, estimated annual earnings are approximately $4,500, with a workload of about 1.4 hours per week.
- If you grow your clientele to at least 11 families, your hours will increase to around 3.0 per week, with potential earnings of approximately $9,300 per year.
