Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Director in developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that encompasses individual contributions and corporate partnerships.
- Generate engaging content across a variety of channels, including e-newsletters, annual reports, donor solicitations, and press releases.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, partners, and volunteers, fostering long-lasting engagement.
- Manage regular database updates (Pinwheel) and prepare reports as needed.
- Design and develop communications for special events and partnerships to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with program staff to create effective digital strategies for recruiting participants, coaches, and volunteers.
- Develop marketing materials for our signature 5K events, aimed at the community, coaches, participants, and sponsors.
- Maintain a content calendar and implement a social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
- Collect and disseminate impactful stories and data that highlight the effectiveness of our initiatives.
- Represent the organization at community events and engage with various stakeholders to promote our mission.
- Deep passion for our mission and a strong ability to articulate issues related to empowerment and health.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across diverse audiences.
- Keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
