Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute all facets of fundraising, cultivation, volunteer, and community engagement events, encompassing logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, decor, audiovisual requirements, staff roles, and event setup.
- Develop comprehensive event timelines, manage financial budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure efficient planning.
- Conduct evaluations post-event and compile reports detailing outcomes and attendee feedback.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate donor stewardship strategies within event plans, including recognition opportunities at events.
- Proven project management and organizational abilities, adept at handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Basic graphic design knowledge with experience in design software such as Canva or Adobe Suite (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or event management platforms (e.g., Eventbrite) is advantageous.
- Innovative thinking to create engaging events and marketing campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with volunteers, donors, and community partners.
- Capability to manage intricate details, ensuring all components of events and marketing strategies are cohesive.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
