The annual base salary for this role ranges from \(75,000 to \)90,000, determined by various factors including relevant experience and professional qualifications. Additionally, you will be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, and deliver outstanding live and virtual events, including conferences and community gatherings that align with our brand's ethos and enrich our members’ experience.
- Oversee the entire event management lifecycle, including planning, project coordination, promotional marketing, budget oversight, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with local teams and trusted vendors to ensure seamless and high-quality event execution.
- Implement operational improvements by introducing new tools and optimizing existing processes as our organization expands.
- Establish event marketing objectives and work collaboratively with various departments to monitor performance metrics, providing insightful analyses for ongoing enhancement.

- Proficient in event marketing and management, showcasing a history of successfully executing large-scale activations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities, with the flexibility to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, thriving in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity while maintaining clarity and focus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in event marketing and management, particularly with groups of 50 or more attendees.
- Over 2 years of experience in sourcing, negotiating, and executing national brand partnerships, demonstrating a successful track record in relationship building.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, notably Air Table, Hubspot, and Luma, and the aptitude to leverage them effectively in achieving objectives.
