Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring professional and polished interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitment, application, modification, and selection of motorcycle parts, gear, and accessories.
- Address common customer service questions, including returns, lost packages, and order placements.
- Enhance the customer experience by guiding them seamlessly through the ordering process.
- Continuously deepen your understanding of motorcycle parts, gear, riding styles, and related subjects to better assist customers.
- Collaborate with logistics, technical teams, suppliers, and order management staff to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach, committing to personal and professional development.
- Provide exceptional support to customers daily.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

- Prior experience working on motorcycles is highly preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Compensation And Benefits
- Compensation ranges from \(15 to \)18 per hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance reviews.
- Remote work options are available for those not within a reasonable commuting distance to our locations in Ormond Beach, FL; Philadelphia, PA; and North Las Vegas, NV.
