Position Summary
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and results-oriented Territory Manager to cultivate relationships with independent dealers and substantial end-users, including municipalities, educational institutions, and hospitality providers. The primary focus will be on the promotion and sales of our professional outdoor power equipment and enhancing brand visibility in the commercial sector. The Territory Manager will closely collaborate with existing sales teams to identify and seize new business opportunities, thereby expanding our professional dealer network.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the professional handheld and wheeled outdoor power equipment landscape. Familiarity with the sales channels specified, coupled with effective sales techniques, is crucial for excelling in this role. Previous experience with independent servicing dealers and their operational functions within the industry will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for the assigned business segment, driving towards the fulfillment of sales targets and objectives.
- Efficiently manage company-issued demo equipment.
- Deliver product training sessions for distributor staff and key dealer personnel.
- Generate leads, develop new accounts, and facilitate distribution growth.
- Actively participate in tradeshows and significant marketing events.
- Spearhead initiatives for new product launches within your designated territory.
- Collaborate across departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Field Sales.
- Perform additional duties as directed.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational proficiency.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry or with an OPE parts manufacturer.
- At least 5 years of field sales experience within the OPE sector.
