Position Title: Onboarding Support Specialist I
Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Guide new members and their caregivers through the onboarding procedure while assisting in scheduling Initial Evaluations.
- Inform members and caregivers about our extensive range of services.
- Employ a concierge approach to proactively engage with members via multiple communication channels (phone, email, etc.) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate across departments to develop strategic solutions addressing member requests or needs.
- Operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.
- Verify insurance eligibility for both new and current members.
- Identify enrollment barriers and liaise with relevant teams to swiftly resolve any technical issues.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
- Exceptional customer engagement abilities, with a talent for establishing rapport with caregivers and communicating service offerings effectively.
- Proficient in managing onboarding, member engagement, support processes, scheduling, insurance verification, and overcoming various challenges.
- Strong empathy and compassion for caregivers and families during the onboarding journey.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to quality assurance in documentation and workflow management.
- Familiarity with digital health ecosystems and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with demonstrated success in managing client onboarding and engagement.
- A fervent dedication to mental health advocacy, particularly in increasing access to services for children, teenagers, and young adults.
- A detail-oriented individual with a strong drive to provide a remarkable experience for members.
- Proven ability to independently nurture relationships with members and caregivers.
- Solid customer service expertise, capable of managing challenging scenarios.
- Experience in documentation and maintaining quality assurance standards.
- Capable of adapting to new tools and applications effectively.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple members through EHR workflows.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 per year (commensurate with education, experience, and certifications).
