Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate inventory records while monitoring food and beverage costs.
  • Reconcile inventory purchases, usage, and waste to uphold financial integrity.
  • Analyze inventory patterns to uncover potential cost-saving measures.
  • Document daily transactions related to inventory, ensuring meticulous records and proper categorization.
  • Generate and review financial reports, upholding data accuracy.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable linked to inventory-related purchases.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial best practices.
  • Collaborate with management to refine inventory control processes and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain organized and accessible inventory documents.

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • Prior bookkeeping experience, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
