Key Responsibilities
- Preparation & Coordination: Thoroughly review event content on our platform prior to each session. Conduct introductory meetings with faculty to ensure technical readiness and familiarize yourself with the meeting flow.
- Facilitation: Welcome participants to the virtual space, setting an enthusiastic tone for each session. Assist faculty in presenting material effectively through our screen-sharing tool.
- Engagement & Interaction: Promote active participation by interacting with faculty and attendees during sessions. Address content-related inquiries to guide participants effectively.
- Collaboration: Work with our event support team to swiftly resolve any technical challenges that arise, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved.
- 2-5 years of experience in facilitating virtual events, particularly in executive education.
- A strong, confident presence that promotes engaging and productive discussions.
- Experience collaborating with a diverse, global audience of executive professionals.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a calm demeanor in fast-paced virtual settings.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ideally, you have a relevant degree or certification in a related field, although this is not a strict requirement.
