- Execute all necessary procedures for registering and scheduling patients, while actively participating in revenue cycle functions, including the management of patient payments, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.
- Welcome patients and visitors, identifying their needs and guiding them to appropriate resources.
- Ensure accurate patient check-in/check-out processes and maintain updated records within the EMR.
