In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that will revolutionize our corporate functions. You will be instrumental in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the integration of AI into our advanced corporate products while collaborating closely with diverse cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate an inspiring product vision and strategy for Corporate Generative AI products to enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity.
• Forge strong relationships with business units, product leaders, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
• Analyze emerging industry trends and technologies to foster innovation and maintain a competitive edge in Corporate Generative AI product development.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover opportunities and challenges in the Generative AI landscape, identifying possibilities for internal corporate products.
• Determine and prioritize product features with clear success criteria tailored to the evolving needs of internal stakeholders, facilitating a swift transition from requirements to implementation.
• Ensure compliance with technology governance, security standards, Responsible AI guidelines, and regulatory requirements across all products.
• Create and manage a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and impactful results.
• Implement an Agile approach to deliver incremental value to our internal customers.
• Collaborate with Solution/System Architects to analyze vendor offerings and market dynamics, conducting proofs of concept to finalize build vs. buy decisions.
• Establish feedback mechanisms to gather insights from users and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing product enhancement.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a visionary Product Manager with a robust background in business or technical product oversight, particularly in data engineering or data science, showcasing a successful track record in delivering AI products and solutions in a corporate context.
• Strong grasp of artificial intelligence and machine learning, including their applications in corporate products, accompanied by a passion for innovation and a commitment to staying abreast of advancements in Generative AI.
• Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration across teams.
• Strong leadership skills to influence, negotiate, and drive results within a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 5 years with an Advanced Degree (such as a Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), or 2 years with a PhD, or a total of 11 years of relevant work experience.

Compensation And Benefits

For U.S. applicants, the estimated salary for this position ranges from \(143,200.00 to \)207,800.00 per year, potentially including sales incentive payments. Salary may vary based on relevant factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. The position is also eligible for bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package encompassing Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and a Wellness Program.
