- Define and prioritize product features and backlog items to ensure they align with our overarching product vision and strategic goals.

- Formulate clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria to enable efficient operations for development and testing teams.
- Serve as the principal resource for product knowledge within the development and testing teams, facilitating clarity and removing obstacles.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews with the product development team.
- Evaluate and resolve product quality issues as they arise.

- Track progress and provide regular updates on assigned products throughout the year.
- Act as the primary contact for business technology needs, fostering strong partnerships with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our software development processes.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Healthcare IT solutions is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in using Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to aggregate, organize, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
- Expertise in writing product requirements along with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Exceptional communication skills, with experience in working alongside cross-functional and remote teams.
- A process-oriented mindset, capable of adapting to and managing change effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, marketing, or a related technical field, coupled with at least five years of relevant experience in product management or software development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
