Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for office coordination, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and team members.
- Oversee daily office operations, maintaining an organized and professional setting.
- Manage office supply inventory and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts to ensure optimal resources.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, creating a positive and structured experience.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, Director of Administration, and the leadership team, including managing calendars and travel arrangements.
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual team events, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Conduct research to assist in vendor evaluations and present findings on relevant trends.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or administrative capacity.
- Proven skills in planning and organizing logistical arrangements for events.
- Strong research capabilities with the ability to compile and interpret data effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in G-suite applications, with a knack for quickly adapting to new technologies.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify needs and propose solutions autonomously.
