Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for your assigned clients, leading the development and execution of impactful digital marketing strategies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing daily communications and overseeing all account-related activities.
  • Take charge of crafting and refining account strategies for a majority of your accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure consistent delivery of successful outcomes, while mentoring junior staff.
  • Deepen your understanding of each client's business goals, industry landscape, and target demographics.
  • Monitor account performance against established KPIs, providing valuable insights and analyses.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee prompt and accurate project completion.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to regularly assess account performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage the financial aspects of assigned accounts, including forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including senior executives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Engage in new business initiatives by actively participating in discussions with prospects and leading presentations.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting their professional growth.
  • Contribute positively to our agency culture through participation in team activities, brainstorming sessions, and training opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing account management within an agency environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building robust relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • A successful track record of driving revenue growth and fostering long-term client relationships.
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn about clients' businesses and industries.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in marketing account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
