Key Responsibilities
- Forge strategic relationships with clients by comprehensively understanding their business objectives and technical challenges to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, nurturing robust relationships.
- Introduce and present new concepts and innovations to clients, with a focus on upselling and product enhancement.
- Conduct thorough research to identify customized high-level solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients through meetings and calls to assess service quality and ensure they are benefiting from our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Client Services to address complex support issues effectively.
- Oversee the delivery of agreed-upon services to guarantee high client satisfaction and trust.
- Utilize internal resources for efficient problem resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales and service inquiries.
- Engage in quarterly client reviews, participate in annual Plan of Action meetings, and travel as necessary.
- Plan and track milestones to ensure the success of projects.
- Keep all stakeholders updated by effectively communicating relevant information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong active listening skills and comprehension abilities.
- Proficient in problem identification, data collection, fact establishment, and conclusion drawing.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of three years of experience in customer support and/or sales roles.
- Essential experience within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams.
- Background in Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills are essential.
