Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for executives, overseeing their daily schedules, communications, and commitments for both remote and in-office settings.
- Manage complex calendar coordination, including organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
- Perform financial administrative duties such as monthly client billing, processing timesheets, managing invoices, and handling expense reports.
- Prepare regular financial reports and assist with tax-related correspondence.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate office logistics, including managing deliveries, pickups, and overall office operations.
- Provide support coverage for fellow administrative team members as required.
- Plan and implement special projects and events to enhance team engagement.
- Screen and manage incoming communications, fostering strong relationships with internal teams and external business networks.
- A minimum of 2 years of in-office administrative experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
