- Collaborate with administrative teams to finalize necessary paperwork and agreements for agent and fleet setup.
- Oversee onboarding processes to facilitate seamless transitions for new agents.
- Drive recruitment efforts that aim to generate substantial annual revenue targets.
- Prior experience in agent recruitment within the transportation industry is essential.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with agents and build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in managing a customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as HubSpot.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to communicate persuasively.
- A collaborative mindset that values teamwork and innovative problem-solving.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Relevant experience in agent recruitment and transportation is mandatory.
- Candidates should have engaged with agents within the past 12 months.
