Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee the bidding process, including the preparation of proposals and contract negotiations.
• Drive safety initiatives on all project sites, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and best practices.
• Provide field support, coordinate resources effectively, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Conduct general administrative tasks associated with project management.
• Mentor and guide Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to foster their professional growth.
• Travel occasionally to project sites for monitoring and operational control.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Construction Management.
• A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, particularly with complex transmission line or substation construction projects.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to navigate spreadsheets efficiently; experience with Vista (Viewpoint) software is an advantage.
• Eligibility to pass all required drug and background checks.
• A valid driver’s license and compliance with auto insurance carrier standards.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (current or future).
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects in the electrical power, communications, and industrial facilities sectors.
• Prior experience with the electrical design of substations or switchyards is desirable but not mandatory.
