Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools from AT&T or similar network monitoring solutions like SolarWinds and Nagios.
• Demonstrate proficiency in server-side technologies including Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), PHP, or .NET.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL, such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Gain familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Comprehend network monitoring protocols (e.g., SNMP, NetFlow) to enhance overall system performance.
• Engage with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party software integrations.
• Generate and interpret reports and dashboards that track system performance metrics.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in real-time, ensuring high uptime and performance.
• Analyze application performance, providing actionable recommendations for system enhancements.
• Prepare detailed reports that outline system performance, incidents, and resolutions.
• Document configurations, processes, and procedures comprehensively.
• Collaborate with the AT&T support team and external partners to resolve technical challenges and optimize tool functionality.
