• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and visa regulations to offer clients precise and timely insights.
• Address client inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a commitment to surpassing expectations.
• Assist clients with booking and payment procedures to facilitate a seamless experience.
