- Lead the design and presentation of customized solutions, demonstrating how our offerings align with customer strategic goals.
- Serve as a catalyst for customer transformation, aiding them in achieving operational excellence in last-mile logistics.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of customer-focused solutions and consistent service delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; MBA or Master’s degree is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within supply chain, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven success in managing complex, high-value client relationships and resolving customer challenges while supporting long-term growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, capable of collaborating strategically with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in converting data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience in developing and implementing customized solutions based on client needs.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Preferred: Previous experience in an embedded, on-site role with direct customer engagement.
