Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively in working groups and planning teams to evaluate the effectiveness of fielded C-UUS systems.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop tactics, concepts, and procedures for C-UUS employment.
- Support the revisions of operational orders and related documentation.
- Analyze advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning regarding drone threats.
- Conduct research to identify optimal C-UUS systems tailored to counter emerging threats.
- Familiarity with specific C-UUS systems, including their training, employment, and recovery.
- Understanding of collaboration with government entities on C-UUS development and procurement.
- Capability to assess and recommend improvements in airspace management and operational tactics pertinent to C-UUS.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyzing and addressing variances in Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Logistics, Personnel, or Facilities related to Antiterrorism Programs pertaining to C-UUS.
- Proven ability to identify and prioritize gaps in C-UUS capabilities and propose effective solutions.
- Desired experience includes at least three (3) years of evaluating the effectiveness of C-UUS operations.
- A Bachelor’s Degree or four (4) years of equivalent analytical experience as a military officer or senior NCO, including counter-UAX training and certifications.
