Position Overview

As a Travel Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will have the opportunity to assist high-profile clients with their travel arrangements from the comfort of your home. This role offers stability and support without the complexities of commission-based work.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elite clients with travel needs via phone and email.
• Research and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
• Address unexpected travel changes and provide exceptional service during stressful situations.

Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly pay starting at $18.00 with potential monthly bonuses.
• Fully remote position with a commitment of up to 40 hours per week, in 8-hour shifts.
