- Manage pre-event preparations and post-event wrap-ups, including administrative tasks.
- Lead a team of committed volunteers during events, enhancing their experience through genuine engagement.
- Oversee food packing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Build strong connections with event hosts and volunteers, encouraging ongoing support and donations.
- Execute general labor and warehousing tasks as needed to maintain event operations.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database systems.

- This is a full-time, non-exempt position, starting at $23 per hour.
- Flexible work schedule averaging 30 hours per week, including potential remote tasks.
